Circuit Agency Management was founded by Mark Scott.

​Music brought Mark to Nashville from Charleston SC to enroll in Belmont University's Music Business Program.

Mark started his first entertainment booking job at American Concert in 1988 just before graduating from Belmont. He spent 7 years there and learned a great deal about the business from Jesse Garon as they kept National Country Artists busy on the road. He also did a good amount of talent buying for fairs and festivals.

From there Mark switched gears and moved to booking the college and private party market. After many successful years of booking regional and national entertainment, he also pursued real estate investment and has flipped over 100 houses so far in Nashville since 2005. Mark maintains his license and Realtor status to represent himself in investment transactions.

​​Mark resides in Brentwood TN with wife Kristie & daughters Reaghan and Macy.
